9 Months have passed and Nisha is Due anytime now. after the place was cleaned and refurnished entirely, and Gale arrived, they had eventually got started on redesigning a room for the baby once it arrives. Making a beautiful gender neutral room for it. as well as gender neutral baby clothes. It's been a rough couple of months. But Nisha has been in good spirits and the ray of hope and sunshine through it all. and with Gale's company and support, she knew everything would be okay. and made sure he felt that way too.

*Currently Sitting on the couch sipping a warm cup of tea and writing in her journal*

*reading a book opposite her* Letter to your parents? How are they by the way?

Hm? Oh no, I.. It's just my personal Journal.. i write in it often. about how i feel and life events. but i have written to them. they said they are very happy for me and wish they could meet you. Unfortunately however my mother is quite sick and not fit to travel very far at this time. but they send us well wishes and cannot wait to meet their grandchild *She said with a smile. leaning against him*

A journal huh? Nothing to terrible about me in there is there? *he nudges her a little*

No no! Of course not! In fact. if you ever take a look. you'd find many.. many good things my love.. *She said with a soft chuckle and kissed his cheek. closing her journal and setting it aside to rest her hands on her belly*

Is Gale Jr giving you a hard time today?

Surprisingly enough no! Though i will say i'm both excited and terrified of when the baby will arrive. This has been quite an experience...

Why would i? I'm simply overjoyed to be having a child with an incredible man like you... *She said. Kissing his forehead and then slowly begins hoisting herself up off the couch*

*immediatly jumps up off the couch to help her up* Careful..... careful.... I got you...

Oh Gale my darling i'm fine! *She laughed* But thank you. that does make it easier... *And as she was about to start walking to the kitchen to get a refill of her drink. she felt a weight be lowered in her stomach and a flow of wetness between her legs..and a second later came the pain as the first contraction set in* O-Oh!!! Gale!!

*has spent a good amount of time getting back in shape, and so it was no issue scooping her up and carrying her to the tub and begins to run the water and begins to look for towels*

*Trying to relax and take deep breaths during the contractions while he's occupied*

*finding them, places a couple behind her head, one on her forehead, and has the rest sitting next to him when he takes her hand* It's okay honey, you got this.

With you.. By my side i.. Don't doubt it. *She said. and began to push*

About an hour later....

*Holding a baby girl in her arms*

*keeping a distance worry in his mind "A girl..... it.... it's... a girl....... what if I? What if she? What if i?..."*

*Smiling down at her. then noticing How far away Gale is standing* Gale? Are you alright love?

*......*

Gale darling she isn't going to bite! Come see our little girl... *She said. bundling her up in a nearby towel*

That's not what i'm afraid of....

*She sighs* Gale honey... You've become a better man now. you'll be an amazing father... try to put the past behind you?... Come over here and hold your newborn daughter. she needs her father too.

*slowly starts coming closer to the bed*

*She smiles. and slowly reaches out to hand her to him*

*more worried she'll drop on the floor than what he was worried about earlier takes a large step forward and takes her, and time stood still, before he finally realized he was holding her and staring into her eyes*

The baby looked up at him, seeming a little confused and curious at first. and then she yawned and smiled at him.

*He looks down at her as she yawned and smiled at him. in turn making him smile and immediately feeling a bit better.* H-Hello there....

The baby reaches up to him

See? She loves her Daddy.. So why don't you name her dear?

Name her? I'm just hoping I don't hurt her. hurt you. That's all I can do right this moment Nisha... Hold on to hope...

The baby reaches up to him

Oh? Darling i think you are....

Of course I am...... *looks down at her reaching up to him and it hits him, he smiles softly and as if asking a question only she can answer says* Hope?

*Smiles her little gummy smile at him*

*smiles back as tears begin to well in his eyes, choking back the words* Yeah...... yeah.. I guess I really am holding on to Hope... aren't I?

It certainly seems so.... and a sleepy one at that. *She said. as she watched her yawn again and try to give a big stretch*

*carries her to her crib, laying her down in it before standing and staring at her*

*Falls fast asleep in no time*

After Nisha gets cleaned up and Settled back in bed..

*Laying there relaxing*

would you like anything?

Hm? Oh no dear. Just some cuddles with my husband will suffice for now.. *She said with a smile*

I'll go get him then. Just tell me where I can find him.

I do believe he's standing right in front of me... A rather handsome fellow with short dark brown hair. Beautiful eyes. A fabulous goatee... *She chuckled*

Sounds like a lucky man... *as he approaches the bed*

Not as lucky as his Lady... *She said with a warm smile*

That so? *raising his eyebrow as he climbs in next to her*

*her eyes began to water and she just smiled more brightly as she snuggled into his arms* Oh you.... You too are a miracle... My Miracle.. You, are the best thing to ever happen to me My Love.

If i'm the best thing, than you need to get out more..... I'm far from the best anything.

I will not hear that talk from the love of my life and father of my child right now mister... *She said. Placing a finger to his lips and then leaning in to kiss him deeply. Passionately*

*return the kiss, grinning* I'm right you know...... You see... I can't even win the argument.... *he teases*

*Smiles after she breaks the kiss* Alright you silly man... Let us get some rest.. *She said. Before turning the lights out and closing her eyes. Slowly drifting off to sleep*

Gale eventually fell asleep alongside her.
